Alzheimer's Committee

The Alzheimer's committee focuses on educating and supporting individuals and their caregivers who suffer from Alzheimer's disease.  The Alzheimer's committee partners with the Alzheimer's Association and the National Caucus & Center on Black Aged (NCBA) to educate the community and address the needs of African Americans in Phoenix. 

The committee was instrumental in helping to develop the first Alzheimer's support group addressing the needs of African Americans in Phoenix.

The Alzheimer's Committee hosts support group meetings  every 4th Wednesday of the Month:
