The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Phoenix Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter Scholarship program began over 30 years ago when Soror Cleo A Moorehead bequeathed funds for the awarding of a scholarship in her name.  The scholarship program has since grown.  Honoring the legacy of academic excellence our beloved sisterhood exemplifies, annually we award deserving students scholarships to further their education.  Our commitment and service to the community through scholarships aligns with one of the Sorority’s 5 point Programmatic Thrust, Educational Development.
